refunds and returns
If goods are lost or damaged via Royal Mail: We can offer a refund, repair or replacement. If this happens you will need to notify us in the first instance within 7 days. For us to process this claim we would requite a photograph of the damaged item / package. Also you will be required to return the damaged piece. once received and the damage confirmed we will refund the cost of your postage. Your item will then be refunded, repaired or replaced within 30 days.
If your goods develop a fault: At Benny and Moo we aim for complete customer satisfaction. If your piece develops a fault we will do our utmost to address the issue. If this happens we would require you to get in touch via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 01942 746502. We may require a photograph of the damage to assess what we can do to help. If the assessment team find a manufacturing default with your special jewellery it will be completely re-made for you free of charge. Please note that chains are only guaranteed for three months owing to nature of wear and tear. Owing to our jewellery being handcrafted we are unable to offer refunds unless the product does not match the item you ordered or if the product is found to be faulty.
Please note that jewellery that was ordered over 12 months ago and has been damaged through wear and tear and not due to a manufacturing fault can be repaired but will be a chargeable repair.
If you change your mind on your order we can only offer you a refund if you cancel your order prior to your item going into production, If your item is already in production we cannot cancel your order. If you should wish to cancel an order please contact us ASAP on 01942 746502.
